Can you make a wheel that isn't in your store?

Definitely! But be aware we need to quote for each new design. After it's designed it will be featured in our store. Lead times may vary. Email us using our Contact form with your suggestions. We appreciate your ideas :) We may even run a pre-order to gauge interest and prioritize the design!

How long does it take to produce my order?

Every wheel is made to order. We aim to ship all orders within 5-7 business days (Monday-Friday), but in some cases, it may take us 10-14 business days to get your order shipped. Shoot us a message if you want to check in on your order status! We will notify you if things are taking too long.

How long does shipping take?

Shipping is at the mercy of Canada Post & your local carrier that takes your parcel away. We always recommend tracked shipments so you can know where your PEV is located. Please be sure to expand the shipping section and note the delivery times quoted via our store. They are for reference. We will work with you to resolve any issues you run in to!

We highly recommend paying the small difference in cost for an air freight/tracked method as it will greatly help ensuring your order arrives quicker!

As a note:

1) Small Packet USA Air is untracked. Times may take as long as 10-14 business days to arrive to your door step. Please allow a few buffer days in case of carrier delays and issues with handoff from Canada Post to USPS or your local carrier.

2) Small Packet International Surface is untracked.

Time to Europe: 1-2 months

Time to Asia-Pacific/Australia: 2-3 months

Time to Africa: 2-3 months

Time to South American: 1-2 months

Please allow a few buffer days in case of carrier delays and issues with handoff from Canada Post to USPS or your local carrier.

What's considered normal use?

Being 3d printed from payers of plastic... They're fragile (ish), that being said, they're made for you to ride! You can't bend the pedals too hard downwards, Open and fold pedals gently. Store your wheel safely. Some wheels naturally have limited contact points and rely on strong adhesives to join parts. If something happens, let us know and we'll take care of you.

Where are these made?

Toronto, Ontario, Canada.

Yeah eh, it's Canadian.

Does every order come with a stand?

No! Stands are sold separately! Check our catalog and grab as many stands as your heart desires.

Is Vicious Grip included in every order? What is it used for?

Yes it is! Use it to improve your finger to pedal grip ratio so you can do sick tricks :)
